As the conversation unfolds, public curiosity surrounding a personal tragedy is reframed as entertainment, revealing how private grief can become spectacle and the unsettling cost of life in the public eye.

This documentary explores the life of ex-footballer David Gibson, also known as “Gibbo”, a figure firmly rooted in Leicester City’s history. The film focuses on his personal journey, tracing his rise from humble beginnings and the experiences that shaped his life beyond football.

The Big Fish is a comedy short film about two daughters who are forced to compete in a local darts tournament after their fathers are kicked out when their rivalry boils over. The film explores how petty conflicts can escalate and leave younger generations to deal with the consequences. 

 The Getaway is a comedy short film exploring the use of minimal camera movement to build tension. The audience is placed in the back of a getaway car, waiting as a partner in crime makes their escape, heightening anticipation through stillness and restraint.

Recovery is a psychological drama exploring agoraphobia and the fear of the outside world. The protagonist must confront her routines and isolation, finding the courage to leave her home in order to meet a friend. 

 Last Chance is a comedy short film about a man whose repeated lateness damages his relationship. When he fails at a crucial moment, he is left having to earn a second chance, confronting whether he truly deserves one. 

The Freya Brough Show is a fictional representation of modern chat shows that bring a group of modern celebrities to promote themselves.

Signing Day is a short promo introduces a fictional rising football star who's on a rocket ship to superstardom.

Van Stadens is a band of university students based in Bath and West Oxfordshire. This mini-documentary was created to promo their new album and highlight the role of music in bringing people together and creating shared moments between friends.

Fading Bonds is an opening scene designed to establish a melancholic tone through the use of a key prop, which symbolises the process of moving on and emotional closure.
